Your Ready-to-Sell EU Chemical Store — Built From Nothing More Than a Product List

Full-Service · One-Stop EU Market Entry · Zero Commission

Your ready-to-sell EU chemical store —
built from nothing more than a product list.

You send one spreadsheet. 72 hours later, you are clicking through a working draft of your own European store — verified chemical data behind every product, print-ready labels with your logo, and orders arriving on your WeChat. You pay nothing until you have seen it. You sell. We maintain.

In 30 seconds

What we need: one spreadsheet — product names, CAS numbers, prices. What you get in 72 hours: a working draft of your own EU store: source-verified data on every page, labels with your logo, prices in EUR / GBP / PLN, optional crypto settlement (USDT / USDC), order alerts to WeChat, WhatsApp, Signal and email. Zero upfront fees — we build your draft store first, you decide after you see it. Zero commission on your sales. Written quote within 48 hours. Every price negotiable. A working EU store starts at €4,999 for up to 50 products plus €1,999 / year, and scales to large builds of 10,000+ products. One partner, one contract, one-stop: store, data, labels, email, payments — all included, all under your own brand, all your own property.

Section 1 — Hazard identification, and how each hazard is handled

Selling chemicals into Europe is seven problems stacked on top of each other.

Every exporter we talk to knows each of them personally. So instead of a feature list, here is the honest version — the seven pains, coded the way this industry codes everything: H for the hazard, P for what prevents it.

H-01 · MARKET ACCESS

“European buyers don’t trust my store. And marketplaces charge me commission — but still bring me no orders.”

You pay to be listed, you pay commission on every sale, the buyer’s data belongs to the platform — and the buyer still can’t simply buy. The buyer sends an RFQ. You reply with a quote. Then — silence. Weeks of waiting, for one drum of solvent.

P-01 · YOUR OWN STORE, DIRECT SALES

A professional EU store under your brand, where customers buy instantly — and we take 0% of your sales.

  • No RFQ wall. The customer finds the product, sees the price, clicks, pays. In an industry where platforms make buyers beg for pricing, a store that simply sells is a competitive weapon.
  • Your domain, your asset, your brand — in one European language of your choice (English, German, Polish, French…). More languages can be added later as a quoted option.
  • Zero commission. Not 1%. No middleman earns a share of your margin. We are your infrastructure, not your middleman — we never compete with you, and your customer data belongs only to you.
  • See it live: dhscientific.com is a demonstration store of the same platform. Browse the Shop, open a product page, expand the data. What you see is what your customers get — under your logo.
H-02 · REJECTED DOCUMENTATION

“My documentation keeps getting rejected. My Chinese GHS sheets ‘look right’ — but Europe says no.”

China GHS, US HazCom and EU REACH/CLP share the same 16-section skeleton, so the documents look interchangeable. They are not. In the EU’s latest inspection campaign, 35% of 2,500+ checked Safety Data Sheets failed — and those were mostly European suppliers. A document built for the Chinese system has even lower chances of passing. Official statistics, with sources →

P-02 · VERIFIED EU DATA LAYER

Every page and document in your store is generated from a verified EU data layer — with the audit trail built in.

  • Classification in the legally correct order: binding harmonised classifications (CLP Annex VI) first; industry self-classifications shown separately and labelled — never silently mixed in. No illegally softened hazards, no phantom ones.
  • Provenance on every field: VERIFIED / AGGREGATE / UNKNOWN, source one click away. When your buyer’s compliance officer audits your page — and in chemical B2B they will — the trail already exists. Suppliers who can show a source for every number do not just pass that check — they win the customer’s long-term trust.
  • EU-specific content natively: EUH statements (they don’t exist in Chinese or US formats) rendered from the EU’s official phrase libraries in all 24 languages — deterministic lookup, not machine translation.
  • Country-specific, not just language-specific. Acetone: 1210 mg/m³ under the EU indicative framework — but 600 mg/m³ under binding Polish law. A store selling into Poland must show the Polish value. Ours does.
  • No AI-written safety content — by design. Where a fabricated number can hurt a person handling a chemical, “the AI wrote it” is not an answer. We removed the possibility architecturally.
H-03 · THE LABEL

“Every country wants something different on the bottle, my designer doesn’t read hazard statements — and printing day is chaos.”

The label is the first thing a customs officer, a courier and a customer sees. EU law dictates exactly what must be on it: correct pictograms, signal word, H/P statements, quantity, UFI where applicable — and the supplier’s name, address and phone. Get it wrong, and the parcel is questioned before anyone opens your SDS.

P-03 · PRINT-READY LABELS, YOUR LOGO

We prepare your product labels at the same time as your store — as print-ready stickers carrying your logo and your company details.

  • Your brand on every bottle. EU law requires the supplier’s identity on the label — we turn that legal requirement into your branding: your logo, name and address, laid out professionally next to legally correct hazard elements. Compliance and brand-building in one sticker.
  • One source of truth. The label renders from the same verified data layer as the product page and the SDS draft — so the label can never contradict the documentation. Three documents, one dataset, zero “but the label says something else” moments at inspection.
  • Batch export, one click. From your admin panel, export all labels in a single high-resolution, print-ready file — every product, straight to the printer. No graphic designer, no copy-pasting H-statements into a template at midnight before a shipment.
H-04 · GETTING PAID

“Europeans can’t pay me. Nobody understands RMB — and I can’t open an EU merchant account from Shenzhen.”

Two brutal facts. European customers cannot and will not pay in RMB — and prices shown in ¥ send one immediate signal: foreign seller, complicated purchase. And EU card acquiring for a Chinese entity is slow, expensive, sometimes simply impossible — while international wires take days and get frozen for “review.”

P-04 · EU CURRENCIES + CRYPTO SETTLEMENT

Your store sells in the currencies Europeans actually hold — and can settle to you in crypto, directly.

  • EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, DKK, CZK and more, per your target markets — with automatic display: a Polish buyer sees PLN, a German buyer sees EUR.
  • Optional crypto channel: BTC, ETH and — most relevant for cross-border trade — the stablecoins USDT and USDC, the de-facto settlement standard of Asian trade. Multiple networks (Tron-USDT included; exact list confirmed at setup). Rate locked at payment. No chargebacks. Funds in minutes, not 3–5 banking days.
  • Stated plainly: crypto here is a settlement convenience, not an anonymity tool. Your store operates in the open, under your company identity, with documented orders — which is exactly what keeps EU buyers and their compliance departments comfortable paying you.
H-05 · EMAIL IN SPAM

“I reply to every inquiry within an hour. My emails land in spam. The customer thinks I ignored him — and buys from a German competitor instead.”

This is the invisible reason exporters lose deals. You can have the best price in Europe — but if your confirmations and replies land in the spam folder, then in the customer’s eyes your company does not exist. Email from unconfigured servers or shared infrastructure lands in spam. Every time.

P-05 · EMAIL ENGINEERED TO ARRIVE

Professional business email on your own domain — authenticated, maintained, deliverable.

  • Mailboxes like [email protected], fully authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on maintained EU infrastructure. Invoices, confirmations and replies land in inboxes, not spam folders.
  • One firm condition, stated now: this infrastructure is for running your business — orders, replies, invoices, documentation. It is not for spam or cold mailing. Mass unsolicited email is illegal in the EU, it would destroy the sending reputation we build for you, and it is grounds for immediate termination — enforced without exceptions, because that is precisely how we protect your deliverability.
H-06 · TIME ZONES

“Europe orders while I sleep. By the time I see it, the customer is nervous.”

Warsaw’s 3 PM is Shenzhen’s 9 PM. An order sitting unseen overnight is a customer refreshing their inbox, wondering if your store is even real.

P-06 · ORDERS FIND YOU

Instant order alerts on the channels you already live in.

  • WeChat (微信), WhatsApp, Signal — and always email as the permanent record.
  • Order placed in Warsaw at 3 PM — your phone shows it at 9 PM the same evening, full details included. You confirm, you ship, you get paid — while the store sends your customer professional confirmations in their language, automatically.
H-07 · INVISIBILITY

“Nobody finds my store. Google ignores it — and now buyers ask AI assistants, which have never heard of me.”

A store nobody finds is a warehouse with a lock on it. And the rules have changed: European buyers increasingly ask AI assistants “where can I buy X in the EU with proper documentation” — and the AI can only recommend stores whose pages it can actually read and verify.

P-07 · BUILT TO BE FOUND

A store built the way search engines — and AI systems — reward.

  • Clean technical SEO: fast EU hosting, semantic structure, machine-readable structured product data (identity, properties, hazard information).
  • The scientific depth of each product page is not just credibility — it is search material template shops simply don’t have. Source-backed, structured pages are exactly what Google and AI assistants can cite.
  • Honest note, because you deserve one: nobody can guarantee rankings — anyone who does is lying to you. What we guarantee is that your store is built to the standard those systems reward.
Section 2 — Scope of service

What we DO — and what we DON’T. Read this twice.

Full-Service means full service on the infrastructure and documentation side, from A to Z, training included. It does not mean we run your business for you. We put this in a table and ask you to read it twice, because unclear boundaries are how partnerships go bad — and we intend this one to go well.

✔ What we do✘ What we don’t do
Build, host and maintain your store, with system and security updatesWe do not answer your customers’ emails or messages — ever. Customer contact is your job
Register and manage your domainWe do not provide customer service on your behalf — questions, complaints, negotiations are yours
Generate the product data layer from your CAS numbersWe do not process, pack or ship orders — fulfilment is 100% your side
Produce documentation drafts with full provenanceWe do not handle your returns or refund decisions
Generate print-ready CLP labels with your logo, batch-exportable from your panelWe do not print or apply labels physically — that is your warehouse’s job
Set up authenticated business email that reaches inboxesWe do not send marketing email for you — and we do not allow spam or cold mailing on our infrastructure
Configure payments and order notificationsWe do not set your prices or commercial terms
Build the store for search-engine and AI discoverabilityWe do not guarantee rankings or sales volumes — no honest provider can
Train your team and support onboardingWe do not act as your lawyer or REACH consultant — we point you to where real regulatory advice lives
Advise, in good faith, on which products can and cannot be legally soldWe do not take responsibility for your product portfolio — what you sell is your legal responsibility (see below)

You are the merchant. We are the engine.

Your customers buy from you, under your brand — we make sure the store they buy in, and the documentation and labels that travel with the product, meet a standard EU buyers and EU authorities take seriously. Stated without exaggeration: what we deliver significantly raises the probability that your reagent trade in the EU is conducted lawfully — and that your parcel clears the border instead of sitting at customs while someone requests additional explanations. We cannot promise no shipment will ever be questioned; nobody honestly can. What we can do is remove the documentation defects inspectors most commonly find — before your goods ever reach the border.

Section 3 — Regulatory information

Not every chemical can be legally sold. Know this before you send your list.

⚠ Read before sending your list

Some products — including certain reagents and synthesis precursors — are strictly monitored or restricted in the EU, or in specific member states:

  • Drug precursors (Regulations 273/2004 and 111/2005) — licensing, customer verification, transaction reporting; some categories effectively closed to open e-commerce.
  • Explosives precursors (Regulation (EU) 2019/1148) — public-sale restrictions above concentration limits, mandatory suspicious-transaction reporting.
  • REACH restrictions (Annex XVII) and authorisation-only substances (Annex XIV).
  • National controls beyond EU rules — a substance freely sold in one member state can be controlled in another.

Every legal act, linked and explained: our regulations guide →

Where we stand, plainly: what you choose to sell is your legal responsibility — no infrastructure provider can honestly take it from you. But we will never leave you guessing: send your list and we screen it in good faith, with sources — flagging what raises regulatory questions, what is commonly restricted, and where you need a licence or legal advice before selling. This screening is part of how we work, not a paid extra. And we reserve the right to decline products we cannot responsibly support — if we decline one, we tell you exactly why, with the regulation in hand. Most catalogs pass with no issues or minor adjustments. But this conversation happens before your store is built — never after a parcel is seized.

Who we work with — and who we don’t

Our service is built for manufacturers and traders selling into the EU and wider EEA market — that is where all of our regulatory expertise lies. As a matter of firm company policy, we do not onboard or cooperate with companies based in the United States, Russia, or Israel. For Russia, this additionally follows from UK and EU sanctions law, which we comply with fully. For the United States there is also a practical reason: our documentation layer is built for EU REACH/CLP, which is not valid under US OSHA rules — the product would not serve a US-market seller honestly anyway. We state this openly so nobody’s time is wasted. Everyone else — including, and especially, exporters from China and the rest of Asia targeting the EU — is exactly who this service was built for.

Section 4 — The part most providers hide in the footnotes

Human sign-off on SDSs and labels

A Safety Data Sheet is a formal legal document — and so is the label. Our platform generates SDS content, descriptions and labels from verified databases — but under EU regulatory practice, an SDS should carry the approval and signature of an authorised, competent person who takes responsibility for the document. To be 100% regulatory-complete, documents must be verified and signed by a human. Software alone — ours included — produces drafts, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a liability.

Why our drafts make the human step cheap: every data point carries provenance, classifications are gated on official EU harmonised data, and language versions come from the EU’s official phrase libraries. The reviewer verifies instead of researching — which is the difference between hours and weeks.

We can perform the formal verification and sign-off for you, as an add-on service — arranged individually, because scope depends on: the scale of your catalog; the destination countries (each one means its own language version and national requirements — exposure limits, regulations, emergency contact points); and how hazardous your portfolio is (simple solvents review faster than CMR substances). After you send your list, we quote this precisely — no surprises. Prefer your own regulatory consultant? Welcome — our provenance trail makes any external reviewer dramatically faster, which is money in your pocket either way.

Section 5 — Commercial terms

Pricing: individual, transparent — and always negotiable

SDS audit & CLP labels — fixed list price

SDS audit — free · up to 5 SDS / company€0
SDS audit · START — up to 10€490
SDS audit · CATALOG — up to 25€990
SDS audit · FULL — up to 50€1,900
CLP labels€25 / SKU · pack of 50 €990

All prices are a starting point — negotiable. Turnaround: free audit within 5 working days, paid tiers within 7.

Here is the honest range, so you know what league you are in before you write to us: a working EU store starts at €4,999 for up to 50 products (one-off deployment) plus €1,999 / year (hosting, domain, regulatory-canon updates), and scales with catalog size — the largest builds, with 10,000+ products, reach the hundreds of thousands of euros. All prices are net; where your exact project lands inside that range depends on catalog size, target countries and sign-off scope — which is why the quote is individual. What we promise:

  • A precise written quote within 48 hours of receiving your product list — Full-Service package and optional sign-off scope priced separately, so you see exactly what each part costs.
  • No hidden lines. Domain, hosting, build, data layer, labels, email, payments, training — one number for the package. Anything optional is quoted as optional.
  • Everything is negotiable — always. Catalog size, contract length, scope, payment schedule. We would rather shape the deal around your business than lose a good partner over a rigid price list. Testing the EU market with a small catalog first? Tell us — starting small and growing is the model we recommend anyway.
  • Zero upfront fees — you see before you pay. We build the draft of your store on our own subdomain, at our cost. You click through it and decide whether working with us makes sense. If yes — we sign, you pay, we launch on your domain. If no — you walk away owing nothing. We can afford this offer for one reason: the drafts win the contracts.
Section 6 — How it works

From spreadsheet to selling, in seven steps

  1. Day 0 — you send the spreadsheet.Product names, CAS numbers, prices. Optional: descriptions, pack sizes.
  2. Within 48 hours — our quote arrives.Plus good-faith regulatory screening notes on your list, and any questions.
  3. Within 72 hours — we build your draft, free, on our subdomain.Store, labels, and the full data layer generated from your CAS numbers — at our cost, before you pay anything.
  4. You review the draft and decide.A real, working store. Click through it; tell us what to change — branding, layout, wording, anything. Only if you say yes do we sign the contract.
  5. Revision & documentation scoping. We adjust the store and quote the human sign-off for your catalog and target countries.
  6. Launch on your own domain.Domain and email configured, payments live, alerts on your WeChat / WhatsApp / Signal / email, your team trained on your own store.
  7. You sell. We maintain. For 12 months: hosting, domain, email and technical maintenance, with system updates handled by us.
Section 7 — Frequently asked questions

Straight answers

My product list is in Chinese — is that a problem?

No. Send it in Chinese or English — the CAS number is international, and it is the CAS number that does the work. We confirm every product identity with you before the build, so nothing is lost between languages.

When do I pay — before or after I see something?

After. You pay nothing upfront. The sequence is fixed: our written quote (within 48 hours, free) — then we build the draft of your store on our own subdomain, at our cost — then you click through it and decide whether working with us makes sense. Only if you say yes do we sign the contract and take payment; then we launch on your own domain. If you say no, you walk away owing nothing. And you can verify who you are dealing with independently: Nonsensia Ltd is a registered UK company (check the official Companies House register), and this demonstration site is our own product, running live.

Is there VAT or customs duty on YOUR invoice to me?

No customs duty — our service is virtual; nothing physical crosses a border. No UK VAT for business customers outside the UK: we invoice from a UK company (Nonsensia Ltd), and under the UK place-of-supply rules (HMRC Notice 741A), B2B services supplied to a business customer outside the UK are outside the scope of UK VAT — so no 20% is added to your invoice. All quoted prices are net. Any taxes on your own side (for example Chinese withholding on payments to foreign service providers) are a matter for your accountant.

Do you handle MY VAT, customs duties or tax registration for selling into the EU?

No — your taxation as a seller is outside our service, and we say so instead of pretending. Selling into the EU raises VAT questions (registration, OSS/IOSS schemes, who acts as importer of record) that depend on your company structure and must be answered by a tax advisor. We can tell you which questions to ask, and our store supports correct tax configuration once your advisor defines it — but the tax decisions themselves belong to you and your accountant.

Do you answer my customers’ emails or handle customer service?

No — never, and we want this to be completely clear. Your customers’ emails go to your mailbox; questions, complaints, negotiations and relationships are yours. We provide the machinery that makes running your business from China practical — the store, the data layer, deliverable email, payments, instant notifications, hands-on training — but the business itself is yours.

Do you ship my orders?

No. Order processing, packing and shipping are entirely on your side.

In how many languages will my store be built?

The Full-Service package includes your store in one European language of your choice — pick your primary market and we build for it. Additional languages can be added later as a separately quoted option (and because the platform uses the EU’s official phrase libraries, adding a language is a data operation, not a full translation project).

Do I get product labels too?

Yes — prepared alongside your store, as print-ready stickers carrying your logo and company details, generated from the same verified data layer as your product pages and SDS drafts, so all three always say the same thing. In your admin panel you batch-export every label in one high-resolution file. You print, you stick, you ship. (As with SDSs, formal regulatory sign-off of label content is part of the human-review add-on.)

Can I sell any chemical I want?

No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. Some reagents and synthesis precursors are strictly monitored or restricted in the EU or in specific countries (see the warning section above). What you sell is your legal responsibility, but we screen your list in good faith, flag problems with sources, and reserve the right to decline products we cannot responsibly support. That conversation happens before we build — not after a seizure.

Do I need to know WordPress or any technical system?

No. If you can use WeChat and Excel, you can run this store. Training assumes zero technical background, happens on your own store with your own products, and we support you through your first real orders.

Who owns the store and the domain?

You do. This is your business asset, under your brand. We are the service provider maintaining it.

Can I use the email infrastructure for cold mailing my prospect list?

No. Unsolicited mass email is illegal in the EU and would destroy the sender reputation that makes your legitimate emails deliverable. This is a hard condition of service — we terminate for spam, without exceptions, to protect every merchant on our infrastructure.

Can I start with a small catalog and grow?

Yes — and it is what we recommend. Launch with your best 30–50 products, learn the market’s response, then expand. Adding products later is just another spreadsheet — and a reason to renegotiate your package in your favour.

What happens after the first 12 months?

You renew the maintenance service, or you take over operations yourself — the store is yours either way. We quote renewal transparently before you commit to anything, and yes: that price is negotiable too.

Does this make me “REACH compliant”?

No — and be suspicious of anyone who promises that. Compliance is a legal state depending on registration, tonnage and your role in the supply chain (see our complete legal roadmap). What we deliver is infrastructure and audit-ready, provenance-backed documentation that makes compliance achievable and demonstrable. Auditable, not merely “compliant.”

Can you help with REACH registration or an Only Representative?

That is a regulatory service, not a software service, and we do not pretend to be a law firm. We explain the landscape (see the roadmap) and point you toward what to ask a REACH consultant. Our job is making sure that when the regulatory side is in place, your commercial side is already running.
